As an independent AMSOIL Dealer you will join AMSOIL's Multi-Level Marketing team. You will be self employed and own your own AMSOIL home-based business. You will be working for yourself but not by yourself.

Wholesale Buyer
You can be just a Preferred Customer - wholesale buyer. The fee to start is only $10.00 for the first six months and renews for $20.00 per year. You get the monthly company magazine, wholesale price sheets, MLM Marketing plan, but not the Business Manual or Literature Pack. (You can purchase these separately as you wish.) There are NO Minimum Purchase Requirements with AMSOIL. The savings on one or two cases of products per year will more than pay the cost of your dealership. Full Dealership
A full dealership costs only $95.00. The Business Manual (including the set of how-to books) and 1 year registration is $65.00, the Literature Pack (including all the data sheets, target market brochures and other literature from AMSOIL) is $30.00. Personal Retail Sales
One-on-one sales: When AMSOIL Dealers sell products to their friends, family members and other individuals, they earn income through product profit margins (the difference between Dealer cost and suggested retail, 25%) and sales commissions (up to 25% additional). Personal retail sales are the way most AMSOIL Dealers get started.

Catalog sales: AMSOIL Dealers may also purchase G-100 AMSOIL Catalogs to distribute. When catalog customers order from the catalogs a Dealer distributed, that Dealer earns income through product profit margins and sales commissions.
Catalog sales are convenient and easy. AMSOIL takes the order, ships the product, collects customer money and pays the Dealer who distributed the catalog.
Internet sales: You can have your own internet site, link to the AMSOIL corporate on-line store, and all sales and commissions are yours!

Building a Downline
Sponsoring new Dealers: When a Dealer sponsors new Dealers, that Dealer builds a downline group. Each month, the commission value of the purchases made by a Dealer's downline group is added to the commission value of the Dealer's purchases. Sponsoring Dealers who actively purchase product helps Dealers increase the commission rate at which they are paid.
When a group's commission credits stay at the 3000 level for three consecutive months, the sponsoring Dealer becomes a Direct Jobber. Direct Jobbers are eligible to receive special bonuses and incentives, including money toward the purchase or lease of a new car!
An active downline group helps Dealers earn money even when Dealers are unable to actively work their Dealerships.

Retail-on-the-Shelf Sales
Retail outlet sales: AMSOIL Dealers may earn income by selling AMSOIL products to Retail-on-theShelf (Retailer) accounts, which are retail outlets that resell AMSOIL products. AMSOIL Dealers earn 20% cash commissions and 20% commission credits on the purchases made by their accounts.

Quick Lube/Oil Change Program sales: AMSOIL Dealers may also earn income by selling product to oil change service centers. Dealers earn 15% cash commissions and 20% commission credits on the sales they make to ol change service centers through the XL-7500 Oil Change Program.

Commercial Sales
Fleet sales: AMSOIL Dealers may earn income by selling AMSOIL products to Commercial accounts, which are businesses, such as trucking fleets, that use AMSOIL products. AMSOIL Dealers earn 10% cash commissions and 20% commission credits on the purchases made by their Commercial accounts.

Industrial sales: Industrial qualified AMSOIL Dealers may earn income by selling AMSOIL industrial products to Industrial accounts. AMSOIL Dealers earn 20% cash commissions and 20% commission credits on the purchases made by their Industrial accounts.
Large, repeat sales make commercial accounts profitable to the Dealers who service them. |
Why Multi-Level-Marketing (MLM or network-marketing)? Because it works! Everyone's circle of influence is different. You and I each share some of the same friends and acquaintainces, but each of us knows many people the other does not, and each of them knows many you do not know.
As an AMSOIL dealer you decide how little or how much you will do, earn and become. There are no minimums, purchasing requirements, inventory, etc. It is all your decision. It is a "cash" business. You do own all you choose.

- Preferred Customer - Wholesale buyer: For as little as $10.00 you get a 6 months wholesale buying membership and the opportunity to decide continue or advance. Renewal for $20.00 per year.
- Full Dealership: For $65.00 including tax and UPS for your Business Manual and first year's dealership fee. Renewal for $30.00 per year.
- T-1 Trained: For only $95.00 we'll get you going as a fully trained ready to tackle the world AMSOIL dealer. This package includes: the full dealership ($65.00) plus the AMSOIL literature package ($30.00). The T-1 AMSOIL business training manual is included with the Business Manual.
